Scoop is a yellow backhoe loader with a bright and overly enthusiastic attitude to match! He is keen to be the best at everything and is full of ideas, however, it is often that these ideas cause confusion for Bob and the team, but with a little help, Scoop can always find a way to dig himself out.

- Scoop has a picture of Ace on the wall of his shed, that is before his actual debut in Mega Machines: The Movie. He also is a big fan of him and his former show; "Ultra Diggers & Massive Movers".
- According to a YouTuber James A. Williams, Scoop is the unofficial leader, is less mature, is rather careless and clumsy. Williams even went on saying Scoop in the original series was more sensible and reliable, which is why Bob & Wendy could trust him when he was made the team-leader.
- In the original series, he was actually the leader of the machine team and his personality was similar to Bob's in a way. He even occasionally said "Can we build it?" or "Can we fix it?". In the 2015 series, he is the unofficial team leader (as mentioned above), causing him to no longer say "Can we build it?" or "Can we fix it?" and has a younger personality and is a dreamer and his ideas get him in trouble. He also has a fear of fish in the 2015 series.
- In the original series, Scoop has a center-pivot design, which was common in the Americas. In the Reboot, Scoop has a side-shift design that was common in Europe.
